摘要: Indirect immunofluorescent (IF) staining revealed that in 14 of 16 patients with active lesions bullous pemphigoid the sera contained antibodies specific for basement zone beneath stratified squamous epithelium while from six remission no demonstrable antibodies. The 18 dermatitis herpetiformis and 94 various nonbullous dermatoses yielded negative reactions to by indirect IF staining. In four five skin biopsy specimens direct indicated γ-globulin had been bound vivo zone.
