摘要: • A 32-year-old man with pityriasis rubra pilaris diagnosed by clinical appearance and histologic examination was treated 1% aminonicotinamide cream applied once daily. Improvement noted within four days, almost complete clearing occurred after two weeks of therapy. No side-effects were noted. (Arch Dermatol114:1348-1349, 1978)
