摘要: Markers have been used over the years for classification of plants. are any trait an organism that can be identified with confidence and relative easy, followed in a mapping population on another hand markers defined as heritable entities associated economically important under control polygenes. Morphological detected naked eye (naked polymorphism) or difference physical chemical properties macromolecules. In other words, there two types genetic viz. morphological polymorphism non-morphological molecular markers. include traits such plant height, disease response, photoperiod, sensitivity, shape colour flowers, fruits seeds etc. Molecular biochemical constituents. many limitations being particularly fruit crops because long generation time large size trees besides influenced by environment. Consequently, could appropriate choice to study preserve diversity germplasm. diverse applications crop improvement, areas varietal identification studies, gene tagging, diagnostics, pedigree analysis, hybrid detection, sex differentiation marker assisted selection.
