摘要: Abstract A systematic study of the magnetic and structural properties dependence on particle size was realized. For this, commercial NdFeB powder separated into five different mean sizes using sieves. Besides, from original powder, eleven samples were also produced by mechanical milling assisted surfactant, various times. total sixteen studied scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), Mossbauer spectrometry (MS). The vary micrometer to nanometer scale. crystallite decreases with decreasing size. XRD result indicates that Nd2Fe14B phase is found in all samples, presence this corroborated MS six sextets for fitting their spectra, an additional singlet corresponding Nd1.1Fe4B4 phase. hyperfine field increases increasing because dipolar interaction between moment particles From VSM measurements energy density (BH)max values calculated sizes, maximum value 34.45 MGOe obtained 60 μm.
