摘要: Abstract The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique has been adopted to identify the sex of preimplantation Indian Zebu and crossbred cattle embryos rapidly. PCR was used amplify Y chromosome specific repeat sequences from bisected embryos. In present study, four different primer pairs were utilized for sexing each embryo. first oligonucleotide pair, bovine satellite primer, recognizes that are amplified both in males females, while other three sequence only. embryo confirmed by using primers. Sex determination found be accurate rapid enough allow transfer known without need cryopreservation.
