摘要: Abstract Mussel processing wastes (MPW), after being concentrated by ultrafiltration (100 KD) and partially hydrolyzed (with amylase from Aspergillus oryzae cultures on raw wastes), are transformed into a substrate suitable for diverse bioproductions, one gibberellic acid, whose production is known to be closely related the level of N in culture medium. Given nature principal nutrients present (glycogen proteins as carbon nitrogen sources, respectively), order obtain reasonable hormone with minimum previous treatment medium, various aspects relationships between types their balances, particularly trophopase, were studied. In this respect, compared glucose use polysaccharides promoted brief but intense alkalinization phase appearance N-limitation at greater remaining carbohydrate. On other hand, although type C-source imposed differences requirements N, consumption rate latter seemed invariant under conditions studied, variable factor C-source.
