摘要: For more than 50 years, links between autoimmunity and lymphomas have been described based on human animal studies. Over the last three decades, many studies addressed specific hypotheses about these associations using population level data. This has accomplished by assessing previous autoimmune history in case-control of patients with lymphoma (mainly non-Hodgkin lymphoma) myeloma, following cohorts various diseases for subsequent development multiple myeloma. In this paper, we review our recently published series association data from Scandinavia U.S. Veterans as well other relevant findings. We also discuss what revealed mechanisms pathways underlying both lymphoma. Finally, future directions involving a combination molecular that are needed to better define biological mechanisms.
