摘要: Abstract We find that the cloned DNAs of human U1 small nuclear RNA genes contain two nuclease S1-sensitive sites, one about 1.8 kilobases downstream coding region and other around 0.3 kilobase upstream. The site is unusually sensitive to nuclease, being cleaved in both linear negatively supercoiled DNAs. extent cleavage at this enhanced lower pH reduced concentrations NaCl; effects salt are more apparent on than S1 sensitivity dependent presence sequence (dC-dT)n X (dA-dG)n, where n = 15-25. (One gene with 5 resistant region.) In contrast, upstream only when DNA supercoiled. This also has a homopyrimidine homopurine bias strands, but less regular. course these studies, we detected several discrepancies between our restriction maps some those published by others. Our demonstrate all seven very similar for as much 2.3 region.
