摘要: While quality assurance is often spoken of in terms a single institution-wide approach, the diversity spaces, places and players signals that reality more complex. This paper reports on an on-going case study conducted within action research framework middle-sized Australian university concerned with regard to supporting learning campus-based students using online environments. The tensions arise between need foster spread enthusiasm skill monitor record, top-down bottom-up approaches are considered. Five broad dimensions identified.
