摘要: A theoretical model was assumed to describe the kinetic processes of light-driven proton pump and motion. The calculation shows that photovoltage signals are greatly affected by experimental conditions including pulse width excitation impedance measurement system. At same excitation, only a negative signal can be observed with small both positive large impedance. With impedance, shorter response time pulsed photoelectric is responsible for excitation. All these phenomena in good agreement results.
