摘要: The present study was performed to identify biomarkers for exposure of benzene in blood cells and hematopoietic tissues. Peripheral mononuclear cells, stem leukemia cell lines were cultured RPMI 1640 media with the addition 0, 1, 10 mM benzene. Hydrogen peroxide measured using an enzyme immunoassay. Mitochondrial mass, membrane potential, mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) copy number MitoTracker Green/Red probes, real-time polymerase chain reaction. In addition, two-dimensional gel electrophoresis mass spectrometry matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) technology protein markers. contents potentials dramatically increased after three weeks direct exposure. hydrogen level significantly two treatment (4.4 ± 1.9 µM/mg protein) compared non-benzene group (1.2 1.0; p = 0.001). mtDNA gradually Numerous markers showed significant aberrant expression Among them, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) A2/B1 markedly decreased Thus, number, hnRNP benzene-related toxicity hematotoxicity.
