摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the methods currently in use laboratory for analysis of RNA-protein and intra-RNA cross-link sites E. coli ribosomal RNA. The are still by no means ideal, continually being modified improved. In particular, resolution cross-linked complexes on two-dimensional gels is not yet as sharp that corresponding complexes. Nonetheless system has enabled us to isolate a considerable number individual complexes, from example shown eleven specific could be identified, involving nine 30S proteins linked RNA sequences comprising 30–150 nucleotides. total data accumulated so far include nearly 40 identified within two or three nucleotides 50S subunits, well similar 19 different proteins.
