摘要: A communications system is designed to allow sound-impaired persons communicate with sound-unimpaired individuals via the Internet. When a person at Text Teletypewriter (TTY) terminal initiates call that destined for person, ascertains whether sound unimpaired currently using Internet and, if so, automatically completes over and without help of any assistant.
