摘要: Abstract Renin activity and the concentrations of angiotensin I II in amniotic fluid second- third-trimester pregnancies were determined by radioimmunoassay. Between 28th 38th wk gestation, mean renin was higher than during early pregnancy (before 18th gestation). Both increased some cases Rh-incompatibility. One to two weeks after administration betamethasone mother with threatened premature delivery, intra-amniotic renin-angiotensin system slightly suppressed. In urine samples newborns, same range as those found fluid; very low or undetectable male neonates (1–7 days age). Thus, may be derived both from fetal and/or product enzymatic reactions sac; latter is dependent not only on presence converting enzyme but also local substrate (angiotensinogen) concentration.
