摘要: Abstract High-temperature behavior of the fast ionic conductor Li0.2Na0.3La0.5TiO3 has been investigated by neutron powder diffraction between 300 and 1073 K. The Rietveld analysis patterns showed around 1000 K a change from rhombohedral ( R 3 ¯ c ) to cubic Pm m symmetry. During heating, tilting octahedra along [111] direction perovskite decreased rhombic distortion oxygen square windows that relates contiguous A-sites was eliminated. influence octahedral on Li mobility is finally discussed.
