摘要: Abstract Equine medicine represents a relevant field of veterinary science and the horse industry generates significant economic impact. Horses can be involved in different sport disciplines, meat production, work recreational purposes. are also important for human health as they used animal models studying diseases equine-assisted therapy. This review summarizes data related to body fluids such plasma/serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, synovial saliva, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid peritoneal obtained using proteomic analysis. Horse proteome analysis under various physiological pathological conditions is useful method identifying new biomarkers which still difficult diagnose, but with serious consequences on equine welfare. The findings reported here reveal that further studies collected from diseased animals required. Significance Body sources potential protein diagnosis therapeutic target identification. Indeed, contain proteins play crucial role cell functions whose presence or relative abundance indicative status tissues/organs. reports analysis, including those commonly obtain correct prognosis pose challenge. For medicine, needed formulate early distinguish among similar clinical signs.
