摘要: Abstract In recent years, serious environmental pollution has caused a decrease in the abundance of many species worldwide. Reptiles are most diverse group terrestrial vertebrates. There large amounts toxicological data available regarding myclobutanil, but adverse effects myclobutanil on lizards not been widely reported. this study, treatment groups were orally administered single-dose (20 mg/kg body weight (bw)). Subsequently, it was found that there differences levels between different tissues and concentrations also changed with degradation time. The tissue decreased order of: stomach > liver lung blood testis kidney heart brain. Based our results, considered to be main target organs lizards, indicating could induce potential hepatic reproductive toxicity lizards. Meanwhile, demonstrated toxic species, distribution pesticides different.
