摘要: Natural populations of wild radish harbor 20-fold phenotypic variation in seed weight. Under competitive conditions, the weight sown seeds is positively correlated phenotypically with final plant stature, lifetime flower production, fruit and production. To establish evolutionary significance seed-weight a natural population, I conducted reciprocal crosses among individuals chosen from population Connecticut. The progeny were an experimental garden, analysis 12 life history fitness components was on paternal half sibs. This design provided estimates narrow-sense broad-sense heritabilities (produced by parental generation), germination flowering dates, 7 components, produced F$_1$ adults, maternal fecundity. results suggest that selection could not operate to effect change this exp...
