Efficient Mn-doped CdS quantum dot sensitized solar cells based on SnO 2 microsphere photoelectrodes

摘要: Mn-doped CdS quantum dot sensitized solar cells based on SnO2 microsphere photoelectrodes are prepared with successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method. It is found that sensitizers, the photovoltaic performance of can obviously be enhanced. The reasons owing to improved light absorption expanded edge by doping Mn in dots. electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis efficiently suppress dark reaction, increased related resistance. Moreover, it also photoelectrode increase electron diffusion lifetime cell. power conversion efficiency cell 4 wt% sensitizers attain 2.80 %, 53 % enhancement compared (1.83 %).
