Thermal properties of the high-Tc superconductors La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 and YBa2Cu3O7.

摘要: The heat capacity C/sub p/ of samples La/sub 1.85/Sr/sub 0.15/CuO/sub 4/ and YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7/ have been measured from 1.5 to 40 K, the linear thermal expansivity ..cap alpha.. in range 2 80 K. capacities show similar temperature dependencies magnitudes (per gram) with a (tunnelling.) term dominating below 4 also shows comparable T K both small discontinuity approx. =1% near T/sub c/approx. =34
