摘要: Abstract Femtosecond pump–probe spectroscopy was used to investigate the excited state dynamics of T1 copper site laccase from Pleurotus ostreatus , by exciting its 600 nm charge transfer band with a 15-fs pulse and probing over broad range in visible region. The decay pump-induced ground-state bleaching occurs single step is modulated clearly oscillations. Global analysis two-dimensional differential transmission map shows that exponentially decays time constant 375 fs, thus featuring rate slower than those occurring quite all investigated proteins. ultrashort pump induces vibrational coherence protein, which mainly assigned ground activity, as expected system fast decay. Vibrational features are discussed also comparison traditional resonance Raman spectrum enzyme. results indicate both modes associated Cu have main characteristics similar site-containing On other hand, differences observed for P. further confirm peculiar hypothesized trigonal geometry.
