摘要: The physical properties of arecanut kernels were determined in the moisture range from 88.91 to 10.51% d.b. kernel shape can be treated as ovate. As content decreased d.b., dimensions major, medium and minor axes by 10.45, 10.49 22.84%, respectively. mean values roundness sphericity 5.69 8.13%, respectively, One hundred weights 1.159 0.594 kg at contents bulk true densities increased linearly whereas porosity angle repose static kinetic coefficients friction maximum on mild steel surface steel, galvanized iron, aluminium, stainless hard board curvilinearly 30.24% afterwards increased.
