摘要: Abstract Since the 1980s, rhetoric of “creative city” has been guiding vision cities around world. Several approaches have used to study this topic, but little attention given issues governance. This aims understand governance relational processes. Specifically, it provides a neo-institutional analysis newly forming in Columbus, Ohio, examining 17 documents released last decade, which arts, culture, and creativity city. What emerges is that actors involved process building are from different sectors civic society they getting together effort assessing Columbus’ potential being creative
