摘要: Due to the importance of dietary lipid utilization for larval rearing success, increasing attention has been paid during last years different aspects nutrition such as digestion, absorption, transport and metabolism, which are frequently studied by research groups. The present study reviews published information on these aspects, including some recent results obtained in our laboratory, that contribute a better understanding nutrition. Neutral lipase activity was found digesta gilthead seabream early first feeding, followed significant increase reached up 8 times initial levels at day 15 clearly influenced fatty acid composition lipids.
