摘要: Prodn. of granulated kieserite comprises granulating a (opt. pre-moistened) charge (I), with the addn. water, assistant (A) and salts (B); drying green pellets sieving to obtain Saleable pellets. The (II) which are unsuitable returned added fresh (I) opt. after milling. particles average size 0.3-0.4 mm, dust-free milled 0.02-0.04, (II). Granulation is carried out in granulator or drum. mono- di-saccharide (0.2-0.7% based on amt. without (II)). (B) ammonium sulphate, chloride, dihydrogen phosphate hydrogen (0.5-0.9%) 0.25-0.45 (calculated water-free basis) disodium tetraborate. as finely divided powder before moistening, an aq. soln. dried residual moisture content 0.5-2.0%. USE/ADVANTAGE - Kieserite MgSO4.H2O rapid-acting Mg source for fertilisers. process uses only small amts. agents.
