摘要: Abstract In the Western hemisphere, hybridity of public service delivery is widely acknowledged to generate governance challenges arising from mutual contestation competing institutional logics, such as those and private for-profit sector. The present paper explores these by means an in-depth qualitative case study waste management in municipality Znojmo, Czech Republic. Encompassing structured interviews stakeholders desk research, was aimed at understanding strengths weaknesses hybridity, well impact on relationship between innovativeness accountability. overall finding that engagement sector does make this more innovative, but useful maximized through a hybrid arrangement. key benefit arrangement stable intersectoral partnership allowing comprehensive control delivery.
