摘要: A high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method with fluorescence detection was developed for the qualitative determination of ronidazole, dimetridazole and their major metabolite, hydroxydimetridazole, in pork poultry muscle. After extraction dichloromethane evaporation, nitroimidazoles are redissolved ammonium acetate buffer. The buffer phase is washed hexane. sample cleaned-up by solid-phase eluate evaporated. final extract resuspended methanol then spotted on an HPTLC plate. multiple development ethylacetate, plate dried, sprayed pyridine observed UV box (312 nm). limits this about 2 μg/kg 5 less than hydroxydimetridazole. Validation performed to levels 10 dimetridazole, ronidazole
