摘要: Background Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are essential for tumorigenesis and progression of diverse cancers. This study aims to investigate the roles lncRNAs on renal carcinoma. Methods The expression lncRNA HIF1A-AS2 in clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) adjacent non-cancer tissues was identified by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Investigations were performed biological function proliferation, cycle, apoptosis invasion ccRCC overexpression knockdown experiments. Further, luciferase reporter assay Western blot constructed explore molecular mechanisms underlying HIF1A-AS2. Results highly expressed kidney cancer cells. Interference vivo hindered migration while accelerated apoptosis. Overexpression presented an opposite effect that repressed miR-130a-5p, miR-130a-5p inhibited Additionally, rescue experiments exhibited oncogenic partially dependent suppression miR-130a-5p. Conclusion Our results indicated a critical role HIF1A-AS2-miR-130a-5p axis progression, which may act as promising diagnostic biomarker pivotal therapeutic target cures.
