摘要: Allelopathy is pragmatic approach for sustainable weed management in agro-ecosystems. A laboratory bioassay experiment was conducted to evaluate the allelopathic potential of combinations water extracts six plants against wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and wild oat (Avena fatua L.). In case Avena L., Cuscuta reflexa (T3) C. reflexa+ Parthenium hysterophorus (T18) totally inhibited germination whereas Salvia moocraftiana (T2) extract completely plumule growth. The rest treatments significantly reduced length it. All decreased radical L. except Euphorbia helioscopia (T1) extract. gradual reduction fresh dry weight observed. Triticum E. helioscopia+ S. (T8), P. (T11) moocraftiana+ (T15) had no effect on germination. But all Wheat. increased while papaya (T4), R. dentatus (T17) papaya+ (T19) It concluded that different plant can be used as bioherbicide without damaging Further investigation proposed optimize suitable concentrations such combinations.
