摘要: Abstract In spite of the importance microphytobenthos in coastal and freshwater sediment dynamics, little attention has been paid to this group organisms from an ecotoxicology point view. chapter, a fast survey on microalgal bioassays will be done, necessity development benthic whole sediments pointed out, simple guideline proposal for carrying out these types given. Finally, new approaches perspectives microalgae briefly discussed.
