摘要: Disclosed are reinforcing fibers, particularly carbon used for the manufacture of a reinforced plastic composite material which surface-treated with resinous composition comprising (A) epoxy resin, (B) condensation product an acid component unsaturated dibasic and hydroxyl oxyalkylated bisphenol, (C) oxyalkylene derivative phenol. The has good dispersibility in water, fibers therewith exhibit improved adhesion to various resin matrixes.
