摘要: This report examines the potential use of land currently under CRP contract in a three-county region southern Iowa. The objectives are twofold: first, to inventory or assess productivity and ownership characteristics this and, second, predict possible for these resources should cease exist. In particular, we concerned with impact that changing economic conditions, agricultural policy, technology might have on transition. broader consequences termination terms rural activity environmental quality will be examined indirectly, reflected primarily changes farm income, use, rates soil erosion.
