摘要: According to various embodiments, aspects of the invention provide a highly efficient meta-analysis infrastructure for performing research queries across large number studies and experiments from diverse sequencing technologies as well different biological chemical assays, data types organisms, systems build add such an infrastructure. The methods, apparatuses described enable combining orthogonal available public knowledge elucidate mechanisms governing normal development, disease progression, susceptibility individuals or response drug treatments.
