Explanatory Model of the Relationship between Regional Governance, Institutional Capacity and Sustainable Development in Iran

摘要: Institutional capacity has been recognized as one of the new policies and instruments for regional development. While, way in which institutional affects development discussed a basic problem academic policymaking communities concerning development, there is no specific model explaining problem. On other hand, many regions Iran, developing country, face great social, economic ecological challenges make it necessary to consider at level its effects on sustainable Therefore, this research aims responding question of: what proper framework governance relations between emphasizing Iran conditions?In research, we have used combination survey-quantitative quantitative methods study relationships among governance, based mainstreaming decision-making activities region's institutions. To determine amount effect through with regard concentrated structure country's administrative system such system, studied existence level, from case studies Boukan Orumiyeh counties.
