摘要: When a conventional synchronized AWG is employed to extend transmission passband, an increase in loss near the optical center frequency can not be avoided. Because of passband width limit, problem has existed that could applied for large, complicated communication system wherein signal light passes number points. Therefore, wavelength multiplexing/demultiplexing circuit present invention AWG, which includes splitter arranged interference connected on side one slab waveguide. The splitting ratio varies, depending frequency, and value becomes minimum AWG. operated so comparatively great at frequencies distant from frequency.
