摘要: Our objective was to determine if any of the following parameters is a predictor preterm delivery: gestational age, cervical dilatation, or biophysical profile score. Sixty-two women with certain dates, intact membranes, and contractions more frequent than 300 min underwent 30-min ultrasonographic assessment fetal breathing movements, tone, movement amniotic fluid volume, each which scored as 0, 1, 2 before tocolytics were given. The total score (0–8) calculated dilatation recorded. All subsequently placed on tocolytics. Data analyzed using survival analysis stepwise regression covariates predictive values score, its individual parameters, outcome variable hours delivery. Gestational time interval delivery categorized entered into logistic model components odds. Total (p < 0.0001) most significant variables associated delivery, followed by age = 0.035). When model, tone 0.0001), 0.014) only related Predictive odds in less 48 h relation calculated.
