摘要: The relationship between the metabolic flux and activities of pyruvate branching enzymes Rhizopus oryzae As 3.2686 during l-lactate fermentation was investigated using perturbation method aeration. control coefficients for five enzymes, dehydrogenase (PDH), carboxylase (PC), decarboxylase (PDC), lactate (LDH), alcohol (ADH), were calculated. Our results indicated significant correlations PDH PC, PDC LDH, ADH, LDH PC. It also appeared that PDH, strongly controlled flux; ADH ethanol while PC acetyl coenzyme A oxaloacetate flux. Further, coefficient curves system gradually transferred from to steady state. Therefore, key rate-limiting enzyme controls distribution.
