摘要: It is well known that cerebral vascular diseases and stroke are frequent occurrences in the elderly, causing disorders of brain functions, especially higher cortical functions. To obtain findings on nature localization disturbances blood flow (CBF) morphological lesions due to thus resulting focal we selected 445 patients suffering from neuropsychological symptoms relating a lesion left or right hemisphere. The following clinical signs, occurring addition without hemiplegia, respectively, hemiparesis, hemihypesthesia, and/or homonymous hemianopia were considered: Global, Broca’s, Wernicke’s, conduction nominal aphasia, reading, writing, calculating, ideokinetic apraxia if concerning hemisphere, dysarthria, anosognosia, amorphosynthesis, neglect side body space, complete hemiinattention syndrome, constructional apraxia, combination dysarthria affecting
