摘要: Abstract The deformation in the carriage of a linear motor stage is due to temperature gradient, and it affects accuracy precision machines. This largely indeterminist variations materials caused by nonlinearity heat transfer phenomena. main source actuated coil. coil supplied three-phase current input for actuation. part power that goes results joule heating effect. With as input, losses through effective convection, variation increases. A three-dimensional finite difference method adopted model calculate amount transferred carriage. theoretical are verified with experiments. It demonstrated proposed capable predict accurately at interface between carriage, therefore flux can be obtained full range operating power.
