摘要: Summary Nogalamycin, a cytotoxic antibiotic, inhibited DNA-directed RNA synthesis by binding to adenine or thymine of the DNA primer. Partial structures nogalamycin and its derivatives are shown. All compounds were highly KB L1210 cells in culture; all, except nogalarene, uridine incorporation into more than thymidine valine protein, respectively. However, nogalarene all three macromolecule syntheses equally. bound with resulting increase T m (Δ ) DNA. At equimolar concentrations compounds, Δ was twice that obtained other compounds.
