摘要: Abstract Fully oxygenated ceramic YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ has a non linear resistivity [ϱ( T )] reminiscent of the ϱ b (along chain s) in untwinned single crystals. The excess above 200 K, measured with respect to portion ϱ( ) is activated. We suggest Frenkel-disorder process, which oxygen jumps from its O(1) site nearby O(5) site, account for electron scattering. activation energy, represents difference energy between both sites, ≈ 120 meV ceramics, thin films and crystals, agreement orthorhombic tetragonal transition. characteristic defect mΩ cm, close minimum metallic conductivity, perhaps implying strong disorder Our model supports view that chains planes make separate contributions normal-state conductivity.
