摘要: We aimed to investigate the diagnostic power of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT in detection metastatic spread newly diagnosed PCa, and evaluate relationship with modified D’Amico risk classification. evaluated PCa patients who underwent prior therapy. All images were interpreted retrospectively areas abnormally increased tracer uptake documented according PSMA-RADS version 1.0 system. Patients divided into groups as low, intermediate, or high risk, a modification classification system ISUP grade 3 tumors included high-risk group. findings compared among well PSA levels, clinical T stages, grades. A total 356 study median level was 16.42 (1.29–7013) ng/ml Gleason score 8 (range: 6–10). Of these, 13(3.7%), 54 (15.1%), 289 (81.2%) low-, intermediate-, groups, respectively. Lymph node metastases detected 125 (35.1%) patients, 48 them, metastasis limited pelvic lymph nodes (PLN). Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative value calculated 71.4%, 100%, 95.9%, 95.4%, respectively for PLN, based on histopathological results 49 patients. Overall, any 47.7% while only PLN defined 3.7% intermediate-risk none low-risk had kind metastasis. This revealed that should be routinely used patients; whereas it seems use group useless
