GAECH: Genetic Algorithm Based Energy Efficient Clustering Hierarchy in Wireless Sensor Networks

摘要: Clustering the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is major issue which determines lifetime of network. The parameters chosen for clustering should be appropriate to form clusters according need applications. Some well-known techniques in WSN are designed only reduce overall energy consumption network and increase lifetime. These algorithms achieve increased lifetime, but at cost overloading individual sensor nodes. Load balancing among nodes also equally important achieving First Node Die (FND), Half (HND), Last (LND) different metrics analysing In this paper, a new algorithm, Genetic Algorithm based Energy efficient Hierarchy (GAECH) proposed FND, HND, LND with novel fitness function. function GAECH forms well-balanced considering core cluster, again increases both stability period experimental results clearly indicate better performance over other all necessary aspects.
