摘要: Mesophyll protoplasts isolated fromPetunia hybrida were subjected to UV radiation (280–360 nm) in an attempt assess whether (a) has effect on cortical microtubule organization, (b) affects the progression of through cell cycle, and (c) there is a connection between division polymerization state microtubules. The proto plasts irradiated with following doses: 4, 8, 12, 24mmol photons/m2, 30 min after isolation. Cell cycle analysis immuno-localization microtubules carried out 0, 24, 48, 72 h irradiation. length was determined irradiation corresponding controls. We found that induced breaks resulting shorter fragments increasing dose. Also, delayed their G1 G2 phases being affected as well S phase. commencement DNA synthesis followed re-establishment network. At 48 all treatments, except for 24 mmol/m2, had similar length, at only received mmol photons/m2 not started dividing.
