摘要: An interleaved totem-pole boost bridgeless rectifier with reduced reverse-recovery problems for power factor correction is proposed in this paper. The converter consists of two and intercoupled cells. cells operate phase-shift mode. Thus, the input current can be continuous low ripple. For individual cells, they alternatively discontinuous mode maximum duty ratio 50%, which allows shifting diode di/dt rate to achieve zero-current switching off. Zero-voltage achieved MOSFETs under line input. Furthermore, merits topology are inherited. common-mode (CM) noise interference rather low. And potential capacity bidirectional conversion retained. In brief, conduction losses reduced, process improved, high efficiency achieved. cell also applied dc/dc converters ac/dc converters. Finally, an 800 W, 100 kHz experimental prototype was built verify theoretical analysis feasibility converter, whose above 95.5% at full load 90 V.
