An ontological model of experience-based knowledge management in agile software development environment

摘要: Agile software development (ASD) involves more in discussion and communication between team members compared to documentation; it is difficult for share knowledge among them. In this matter, management (KM) plays critical role managing capturing the especially experience-based knowledge. This research main purpose create ontology represent that has been stored repository after experience from ASD. model will help by describing a relationship later on sharing easily Community of Practice (CoP). A literature review common things ASD conducted, we then creating using tools called Protege. as Experience-Based Knowledge Management (EBKM) Ontology Model. The deployed apply reality prototype demonstrate its real value.
