Cancer records were linked statewide birth certificates through 2014. Hazard ratios (HR) 95% confidence intervals (CI) first post-diagnosis live calculated using Cox proportional hazards regression. Among 17,564 survivors, 1989 had ≥ 1 98,397 person-years. The 5- 10-year cumulative incidence was 10 15%, respectively. survivors younger lower stage disease, less often received chemotherapy than those without birth. 5-year 10.0% 2007–2012, compared to 9.4% 2000–2005 (HR = 1.01; 0.91, 1.12), corresponding periods before publication American Society Clinical Oncology 2006. Despite advances preservation options recognition as part high-quality care, the has remained stable over last 15 years.
