摘要: Abstract The influence of uric acid on the precipitation calcium oxalate and phosphate from electrolyte solutions with pHi 6.5, ionic strength 0.3 mol dm−3 temperature 370 K, mimicking urinary conditions, has been investigated. initial concentrations components in system were as follows: c(CaCl2) = 5 × 10−3–1 10−1 dm−3, c(H2Ox) 3 10−4–5 10−4 dm−3; c(H2U) 1.5 10−4–6 10−3 c(H3PO4) 2.5 10−2 dm−3. Precipitates monohydrate, hydrogenphosphate dihydrate, tri trihydrate sodium hydrogenurate monohydrate characterized by X-ray diffraction, FTIR spectroscopy, chemical thermogravimetric analyses.
