摘要: The ultrastructure of the cells enamel organ related to formation was studied using lower incisors adult male rats. In region deposition, stratum intermedium are stabilized by a system intercellular bridges and intracellular fibrils. mitochondria in these positioned toward extracellular channels through which any direct exchange between capillaries ameloblasts must occur. Tentatively, mitochondrial arrangement is considered be movements electrolytes water across capillary-ameloblast interval. In transition, deposition ceases ergastoplasm removed, apparently cytosegresomes, with an accompanying reduction height ameloblasts. Here, vesicles containing stippled material infrequent compared their occurrence concerned deposition. Other vesicles, characteristically found maturing enamel, first appear transition seem originate from cell membrane abutting on enamel. In maturation, cytosomes common Golgi whereas predominate distal ends papillary contain unusually large number mitochondria, elaborate microvilli suggests that extremely active, presumably movement materials maturation. The changes structure cells, occur concomitantly those during formation, indicative interrelated functional strongly support concept acting together as unit.
