摘要: In this paper, we propose a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) model based on the proposed KL-AHP and TOPSIS methods, where method combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) Kullback-Leibler divergence (KLD) to determine relative weights of decision criteria, technique for order performance by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) is used obtain final rankings feasible alternatives. It reasonable that both subjective judgment objective information hidden in practical data should be taken into account decision-making. Therefore, use AHP introduce makers apply KLD extract data. Then, integrating information, new determining called (Kullback, Leibler, AHP), proposed. For alternatives, rational understandable employed. Finally, construct numerical example evaluating fighter planes illustrate our model.
